TapeKanban is a hardware kanban for ideas, shoots, or edits. Add cards, nudge them across columns. It persists if you reuse a slug. It has no patch jacks.
What it is
A three-column board — Inbox, Cutting, Out unless you rename them. Cards hold a title and an optional note. You move work by hand. The board persists; reuse a slug to keep the same columns on another surface. There are no text, image, or ai jacks. Nothing patches into a Board, and nothing patches out.
How to use it
Drop a Board. Add a card. Nudge it toward Out as the work moves. Sit a TapeDoc next to it for the script, a Checklist for the open lines, and Pal if you want to talk about the pile. Pal can see the board as furniture on the floor. Pal cannot write cards down a cable — there is no jack.
What to patch next
The Board stays unpatched. Pal.text → TapeDoc.text is the write desk beside it. Checklist.text into Speak or Pal if you want the leftover actions spoken. StickyPad for scraps you will rip onto the floor, not park as cards.

- Where is the text jack?
- There isn't one. Cards stay on the Board. Put words you want to patch on a TapeDoc or Checklist.
- Will two Boards titled Board share cards?
- No. Each widget keeps its own board unless you set the same slug.
- Can Pal move a card?
- Not over a cable. Pal can talk about the board. You move the cards.
