Recorder is a portable cassette recorder. Fan-in audio, hold Rec, and it shelves the take and ejects a Cassette. Audio out is a live thru.
What it is
A portable cassette recorder. Audio in is fan-in — Mic, Keys, Correct, Rack. Rec gate in starts and stops, same as the Rec key. Audio out is a live thru so you can monitor or patch onward. Rec gate out is high while rolling. A finished take shelves and ejects a Cassette already loaded with that tape. The Recorder does not hear the room by itself.
How to use it
Patch Mic.audio into Recorder.audio. Hold Rec. Talk or play. Release. The cassette lands. A Button on Recorder.rec is a remote punch. Thru into Tuner or Scope if you want a reading while you roll.
What to patch next
Mic.audio → Recorder.audio is Mic into Recorder. Keys into the same in (fan-in) records the keyboard with the capsule. The ejected Cassette plays the take. Deck if you wanted four tracks instead of one cassette.

- It has no room mic. The cable is the input. Mic, Keys, or a chain.
- Where does the take go?
- Studio storage, and onto the Cassette it ejects.
- Can I monitor while I record?
- Yes. Audio out is thru. Land it on Scope or a player. The Mic itself still does not monitor.
